Perched at the top of the ribbed dome, is a dazzling royal blue sugarloaf cabochon sapphire, elegantly seated between two sparkling old mine cut diamonds. Sculptural shoulders composed of gently graduated beads and golden spirals add the finishing flourishes to this Retro showstopper. Currently a ring size 5.5
