This exquisite early 20th-century ring showcases a bright cornflower blue cushion-cut Ceylon sapphire, certified by GIA as natural and unheated. Hand fabricated in platinum over 18 karat gold, the sapphire encircled by a halo of glittering rose cut diamonds and finished with crisp hand engraving and fine milgrain edges on the setting. Currently a ring size 6.
