18K Poseidon Brooch

Superbly rendered in 18K rose gold, Poseidon, the powerful sea god, is portrayed in a sparkling diamond crown, complete with a magical sapphire and emerald fluke. With no detail overlooked, the top of the fluke is embellished with a delicate band of blue enamel seashells. A large lustrous baroque pearl is a perfect fit for his broad chest, which is visible from all angles. With his left hand raised, he holds a tiny lantern, complete with a fancy vivid yellow orange diamond flame to light the way. His divine jeweled trident, a symbol of his power and authority over the seas, is held close to his body on his right side. A whimsical and wonderful piece.

Emeralds:  estimated 1.67 total carats, one chipped emerald located in the tip of the tail
